Other than the staffing friendly this weekends stay was an absolute train wreck. I understand things happen, but all weekend, there was only 2/3 at most elevators working. This made rush time hours, pretty miserable.
We have a large family, there is 6 of us, two of which is under four, so of course did not want to walk themselves up and and down the stairwells, so this made the elevators being down 100% for most of yesterday incredibly inconvenient. Not to mention taking trips back and forth from the parking garage several times when we checked In, in the pouring rain, because people were parked out-front all night. The first we were evacuated twice because of the fire alarm going off. To top off our stay when.we were leaving this morning we waited for an hour for a elevator with a large cooler and dolly full of things to leave, with my oldest daughter, while my husband pulled the car around and my other older son stayed in the room with the two younger kids that were still asleep. Then I went back up the stairs and carried my other two kids down in two trips, the elevator situation made everything much more lengthy and annoying. Thankfully every employee I came in contact with was friendly and as helpful as they could’ve been. I did not want to come down on them but this stayed way below par.
