"Typically there are no issues but what bothered me was the lack of communication in regards to the gate for the parking lot. Front desk needs to communicate that because of the new gate where you scan in using the barcode that you also need to scan to get out so you aren’t charged. So I paid $14/day for parking but didn’t realize there was a drop box for the cards AND the barcode to leave. I had to pay an additional $25 because it wasn’t communicated to me. I didn’t use my vehicle over the weekend ** Also there was food in the hallway just lying there. This is my 3rd visit to the property."

"Was a really nice stay over 3 nights. Breakfast, although small, was good. However, we did find 2 socks from a previous guest around the room. Also, one VERY HELPFUL recommendation: we had an accessible room because I'm currently on a knee scooter. However, for that room, a door opener button would be very helpful, as the room doors are extremely heavy. If I was in a wheelchair, there's no way I would have had the leverage to open it up. Also, there weren't nearly enough handicap parking spots with the convention center right next door. There was an event there Saturday night and the handicap parking spots were all taken when we returned from our event. Otherwise, accessibility features were adequate. Thank you."

"Solid hotel near the airport, downtown, and MSU. Multiple restaurant options nearby and close to the highway. The property is well maintained and in good shape. Parking is inexpensive and convenient. It would be nice to have more options for snacks and such available for purchase in the lobby, as Courtyard Marriotts have. Also, there is only one water bottle filling station located in the gym, which is less than convenient."
