"No internet unless you sign up for loyalty club-NO THANKS. The chair in the room was broken down, it felt like sitting on the floor. I was staying two nights requested a room AWAY from the freeway. No problem she says. The room was the second from the end facing the freeway. Semi noise all night long. Daylight savings morning requested a late check out. NO Problem. Noon is all I can offer. That will be fine. HOUSEKEEPING knocks on the door at exactly 11AM. The pin on the location site was not accurate. Did not indicate that the second floor was at the same height as the freeway overpass and not 100 feet away. The neighbor hood is questionable. Thankfully I was dropped off and had no car in the parking lot. Oh yeah, the price quoted on the computer was $8 less than the charge. She said it was the resort charge! The website said all charges included with the $2.95 per night resort charge. Hey the fridge worked great."

"The staff is absolutely worth the stay alone! Every one of them was so knowledgeable, kind, and made us feel more like family than guests. The rooms were clean and updated, and the best part was that pets stay free, making MOTEL6 an affordable choice, without having to sacrifice comfort. I would suggest anyone thinking of staying here, to book thru the Motel 6 app, as it tended to be a little cheaper than in house booking. Either way, 5 stars all the way around! "

"Rented a Riverview with a balcony instead got mostly a dried up canal full of trash and no balcony. There is no hot tub so don't be fooled by the false advertising of them having one. Had to switch rooms a few times due to not being able to get in and heard someone in the room. Then the next did not have any wifi whatsoever. Then just had to settle for a room with zero ventilation a broken bathroom fan plus no door so not being alone ends up being an issue for privacy if desired. Oh and never was told any of this ahead of time or while checking in. Then to find out at a certain time at night, they lock the entrances to the building that were accessible earlier in the day and you cannot get inside you will be locked out in the cold and feeling very vulnerable. Learned just through the lobby doors are the only way inside and had to walk a long distance just to get to the room. I did not need room service and naturally choose to do it myself but I only asked for four flat sheets to cover furniture due to allergies and they only would provide one which was odd but I was patient as long as possible. Tried to contact Expedia and explain how I felt uncomfortable and wanted to switch to a different hotel but the Expedia agent made sure to avoid handling the situation correctly so there was a sense of safety and comfort and just blamed the hotel for not answering and left it up to me to contact them again yet also saying I would have to deal with it and would not offer Expedia"
