"Beautiful location and the Italian gentleman who works the front desk was so kind! We were on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators in the hotel so dragging the suitcases up and down the stairs was challenging. Besides that, the view on the patio was stunning, the bathroom was cute, and they left us a bottle of wine to welcome us which was so sweet. All in all I would highly recommend this place. "

"I recently stayed at the hotel while attending a Forbes event and was surprised by the early start of maintenance work on the ocean-facing terrace. Beginning at 7:00 a.m., there was noticeable drilling and worker activity directly outside the balcony. Given that the hotel was fully occupied by Forbes attendees, it is unclear why such disruptive work needed to begin so early. The noise significantly impacted the guest experience, and I understand that several other guests shared similar...

"Personnes (la dame et le monsieur) ont été très accueillantes La localisation de l’hébergement est à 20 mètres de Monaco et du stade Louis II. La vue des balcons des appartements est au top, car elle donne sur le port du Cap d’Ail sur des yachts de luxe. Bémol, l’établissement est assez mal insonorisé, et nous entendons tout ce qui se passe. Bref, super pour Monaco, et surtout bravo à l’équipe de la résidence."

"Property was stylish. Room was lovely with two nice balconies. No safe as advertised. Excellent bathroom. Breakfast was decent. Above the Monaco beach area, just a short but steep walk. A bit of a bigger schlep to the train station etc. but so much cheaper than staying in Monaco proper. And pretty quiet! Oh--and there's a lovely market essentially next door. Would stay there again."
