"This is a clean and well kept property. I only had an overnight stay so I did not take full use of all the property has to offer. I am not in love with the additional resort fee, but that is in style now."

"The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean but the bathroom tub was gross! There was black mold in the drain and the tub looked grimy. The a/c worked well and the bed was comfortable. Parking was good. We love the location, the quaint Spanish style decor in the lobby. There's a nice indoor pool and beautiful sitting area in the courtyard. I used to use the workout room that is.no.longer there! There used to be cute shops in the lobby, all are gone now."

"Carpet in the room had a big sticky spot on it. People above us were super loud late intobthe night! Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. On top of all that 2 cars in the back parking lot had suspicious flat tires (one was ours). We were told at the tire shop our tire was slashed in 3 places."

"When we arrived, the clerk told us to pull around back. There was several men in the entrance door hiding behind the bushes smoking. Felt unsafe. We got checked in and the carpet was stained . Although the sheets were clean, we stayed the night. The shower and bathtub was filthy, stained and rusty. Upon returning after our day with our family, we woke the next morning to a huge cockroach running across the bathroom floor. So I went to the front desk and on the way there I encountered the manager. I explained to him the situation and he said , that he was able to refund only a portion $70 to be exact, but you would have to call Exedia. As we were finishing our conversation and I shared with him that I took pictures of the room and the cockroach. He let me know that because we booked through Expedia that they pretty much give us the crappy room. Very unhappy. "Do not stay here unless you want to be in a sketchy motel. The area is so unsafe we had to return from a walk to get food empty handed. The room smelled like drug use and dirty clothes. Terrible."
