Loved staying here. The location is very centralized, which was perfect. Our view was great too. We did have an issue with a clogged drain but it was fixed that day. The cool fan wasn't strong at all. Could definitely use more that 3 towels at a time. Overall, pretty good!

The Bakkt Theater was great and convenient for watching the Scorpions Live. Parking is easy, but it is a little far to walk to the parking garage. Not too crazy about the Restaurant options in the Hotel. I could not find any stores to shop for anything. The Casino layout is confusing. I got lost very easy.

Check-in was terrible. None of the self check-in kiosks were working. Had to stand in line for at least 30 minutes to check in. I had to do an 'early check-in'. I was assigned a room on the 6th floor - same floor as the pool. I arrived at my room to find that I was looking out my window seeing the lower half of many people at the pool. I called the front desk and asked to be assigned a new room. I was told I had to go back to the check-in line to accomplish this. I went down to the check-in and the line was twice as long as the first time I was there. I did find an employee that was able to help me so I didn't have to stand in line again. We ate at multiple restaurants on-site - GR Burger, Earl of Sandwich, PF Changs and Hollywood Cafe. The latter two were reallly good, GR Burger I would not recommend and Earl was okay. Plenty of slots and table games. I liked the ladies dancing by the table games at night. It reminded me of a cross between Sopranos and Las Vegas - the Monticeto.

Everyrhing was good. Parking wasnt easy but i managed. Gym was very nice. 4 maxhines were broken but i had a good workout. One of the nicer resorts

Planet Hollywood is a great hotel to stay at in Vegas. It’s right in the center of the strip and close to several notable hotels, fast food, and Walgreens. It’s also near the Miracle Mile shops. The rooms are quite big. We stayed in the Ultra Hip room with two queen beds (we reserved a king size) and I wasn’t happy that they didn’t have the room we reserved available. I was offered to upgrade for a costly charge (the staff was willing to speak with the manager to negotiate on price but I declined to avoid hassle) I was offered a room credit of $30 later on which never appeared so that was disappointing. Aside from that, the staff is nice, the rooms are big, and the facility is clean. The casino is big and the drink servers are attentive. The pools are nice but a tad small. The price we paid was very reasonable and I would come here again.

Close to everything!! Pool area is large and offer some free shaded lounge areas. Shopping mall is attached to hotel as well as casino. Cabo wabo patio restaurant also attached was our favourite place to eat. Several other restaurants in the mall all were good. Cleanliness of room was questionable

Planet hollywood Las Vegas was the perfect choice for us! A great selections of restaurants including Gordon Ramsay's Restaurant which was excellent! Planet Hollywood was close to all the attractions especially the mall!! The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and pleasant!!

Hotel is in a great location and you can easily walk to many different locations. Our room was not very clean especially the washroom (you could see mirror smears, dirty floors especially around the toilet and the bathtub had dirt rings and was not cleaned in a while) our bed sheets were very old and had holes in them. The pool hours are not great (9-6 on weekends) and the drinks are very over priced. Staff when we first checked in were good but would have been great to be given a map of the hotel it is very easy to get lost especially if it’s your first time in Las Vegas. Although location is great it is not worth the price we paid for 4 nights.

Our room was next to 3 elevators. These elevators run every 20-30 seconds all day and night. It was difficult to get a good night sleep. Some staff were less than friendly when asking questions.
