"Minus the day the water was not available to the whole resort for few hours, Venetian staff were accommodating. We move the location the varieties of food in the resort. The hotel is beautiful and are happy with our stay. "

"SCAM! Everything in the description is a lie. It’s someone’s house and the family lives there. Their adult son sleeps in his underwear on a couch while the parents is locked in a room right next to yours. They demanded extra cash as a cleaning deposit which breaks Expedia rules. They went through my room while I was gone. They demanded more money while I was there and made me and my 2 boys switch to a single bed room unless I paid. Complete scam. Positive reviews are written by them; they use their own names in some and the language is all the same. You have to pay to use laundry or anything downstairs or outside your room. I left because the woman scared my boys by yelling at them and freaked me out!! I got my money back because I was able to prove my claims to Expedia. Avoid at all costs!"
