"Great location in town. Close to the stores and yet quiet. Value was more than reasonable. Hospitality was nice and let's be honest, the place is well decorated with great historic pictures in the hallways. Hot tub was good and the pool being in and out was perfect for the temps in the winter. This will be our place to stay for future stays. Parking is good but not for trailers."

The valet (Knox) was such a sport, carrying our luggage up and down the stairs when the elevator went out of service. He had a great attitude and worked so hard for everyone with a smile on his face. "We spent 2 nights in October while visiting the Tetons, and absolutely loved the SpringHill Suites Jackson Hotel. The hotel is brand new, incredibly clean, and in a perfect location. DO NOT pay for parking at the hotel. We were able to park outside on the street daily - alternatively there is also a free parking lot right across the street. The free breakfast and free coffee throughout the day were also both excellent. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Don't hesitate to...
