"The fridge and the cabinet around the fridge in the room was dirty.
There was a musty smell in the halls and in the room.
When the air conditioner in the room came on it smelled musty.
My lips started tingling and felt like they were swelling up. I got a raised red rash and hives on my arms.
I explained that the mustiness was making me sick and asked for a refund. I was told no refund even though I explained I could not stay or I would get worse. I ended up leaving without getting a refund and...

"Great little hotel in a nice downtown area next to the hospital and university. Well appointed, reasonably priced and quiet rooms, friendly staff and without a doubt the best breakfast I've ever had a hotel. Quality home-made food crafted with love by staff that clearly take pride in their work was the perfect send-off after a lovely stay!"
