"The room was beautiful; very spacious. The windows were large and was able to get a lot of sunlight. The room could have been a little bit more clean I did find two unusual things in there & a random room charge but it was resolved quickly with one phone call.other than that the hotel was fantastic. Staff were great, friendly, helpful and fully bilingual. I will definitely go back."

"Overall, the stay was pleasant. The hotel is in a great location in the village. However, a few things stood out that were negative experiences: 1)the room where you store your skis smells awful and is damp - it needs dehumidifiers or something to help with the smell. 2) Our room was not cleaned on the 2nd day - they totally forgot. "I stayed there for three nights. I checked in on the evening of April 3rd, and before going to bed, I noticed there were no blackout curtains. On April 4th, I called the front desk in the morning and again during the day, but no one came to check on the issue and I received no response. I felt it would be too much trouble to change rooms, so I put up with the lack of blackout curtains for all three nights. The overall experience was very poor, and the service was extremely disappointing."
