"It is a great place for wondering travelers and families around the world to enjoy the best Bergen has to offer. I was there mostly for business and did not get to enjoy their wonderful indoor/outdoor activities. The breakfast was good with various choices. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling for leisure. Affordable, close to downtown Bergen and good transportation all around."

"Extremely disappointing and upsetting experience. I arrived with a confirmed reservation, but the room provided was not the room I had booked and had a shared bathroom in a different building. When I questioned this, the manager, Maria, cancelled my reservation and forced me to leave, even though I remained completely calm and respectful. I was repeatedly threatened with the police and told to leave immediately. I was left without accommodation and struggled to find another hotel at the last...

"Zeer gehorige vieze kamer. De bunk beds, kamer en badkamer hebben de uitstraling van de bajes… op de muren zaten oude bloed vegen van het dood slaan van muggen. Her en der lagen nog dingen van andere mensen. Er hing een schelpen ketting aan het bed, veren achter verschillende plekken gestoken. De wc stonk naar urine en de badkamer weer naar overmatig chloor. Kamer was onwijs warm en benauwd, maar als je de deur open zet heb je binnen no time een groep muggen binnen. Mijn kids en ik hebben niet...
