"We had a comfortable room, with private bath, and lovely view of the village. The breakfast in the morning was good, my cappuccino freshly made, the staff were incredibly solicitous, warm and welcoming. We were transported to/from train station upon arrival and departure, which was very helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient, and quite nice being elevated for expansive views. Thank you for the TLC Falken staff!"

"Where do I begin? I left my heart at hotel Edelweiss this past summer! My only regret was not staying longer! The town if Wengen is straight up out of a storybook. Daniel hosted a wine and cheese tasting using milk from his LITERAL cow. It led to such a great experience getting to meet the other travelers. Louise was so kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. Our last morning we had to catch a train before breakfast, Louise arranged for the chef to pack us to-go breakfast sandwiches and she even wrote us a sweet note! Incredible staff, views, the cutest cleanest rooms! Delicious breakfasts and dinners! The attentiveness and attention to detail from the staff. I truly hope life allows me the chance to come back!"

"As it is so far up from the station, it needs a restaurant on site with a bar. Staff was excellent and helpful. They do send a car to pick up the bags and drop them at the station"

"I actually shed a tear when I walked out to the balcony of our suite to sweeping views of the alps. The room is FANTASTIC. Updated and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel"
