"While the location and views are great, the Regina’s rooms are desperately in need of an update. Our room had threadbare carpet, a stained bed scarf, stained window treatments and chair upholstery. The bathroom had multiple tiles without grout and were completely loose. The breakfast the first day was ok, but went downhill from there. They ran out of bacon on days two and three and on the third day the scrambled eggs had so much salt they were truly inedible. The staff was professional, but clearly stressed by owner micromanagement. Note that the rooms do not have AC and fans weren’t available. Given global warming this is going to be more of a problem over time. Also, other amenities like built in device USB chargers and a refrigerator were lacking. There is potential, but the owners need to do much more to earn the 4 star rating."
