"We checked in at middnight and it was a pity that we could not get a wine or other drinks. Seems odd if reception is working. I found a receptionist to be less than welcome. "I was unable to stay at this hotel. I booked through Expedia I contacted Expedia to cancel my booking plenty of time ahead of the deadline. Expedia gave me a cancellation number. Hotel contacted me stating they would not give me a refund and said I should call Expedia Expedia said the hotel was responsible for issuing the refund - hotel would not agree to issue a refund. I lost money I think it was unfortunate this could not be resolved. I will never stay at this hotel again or book with Expedia...
