"There was a flashing green light that blinked all night long on the smoke detector. I have epilepsy and it almost made me have a seizure. I got no sleep and would have asked to change rooms if it wasn’t so late at night. Hotel should refund my money as it’s crazy to pay when the hotel makes it prohibitive albeit I’m possible to sleep and is a photosensitivity health issue. "

"The hotel had good rates and reviews so I booked it. It was defamatory not what I expected. This is a tired hotel that either needs a major renovation or a tear down and rebuild. The floor in our room was seriously sloped, indicating a structural failure. The furniture was gross, very dirty and should all be thrown away. It’s clear had a minor update with newish fixtures but they appear to be lipstick on a pig, trying to make it look good when it clearly has problems. The staff was very friendly and please on every interaction, this review is by no means a reflection on them. All were wonderful. The property however needs serious attention. "

"I travel all over the world. I’ve stayed at everything. The Ritz Carlton to off brand Filipino hotels. And a number of Motel 6’s all over the US and other Accor properties in Europe. This place wins the prize. Dirty. Unsafe. Not remotely like the pictures. For only the second time in the last 40 years, it was so bad I left. Trash everywhere. Some unknown liquid on the floor. People loitering all over the property, staring at us when we went in our room. People apparently living in the buses by where you park your car. And I suppose waiting for you to go to sleep. People driving through and being handed small packages through their car windows in exchange for cash. When I left I asked for a refund. Told that I’d have to talk to Expedia. Expedia gave me a refund and we moved to another property down the road. I’m all for supporting locally owned hotels. There is a very good Motel 6 down the road. I seldom write a negative review, but this is to say the least unacceptable. I sincerely hope this one takes this criticism seriously and fixes their operation and brings it up to standard."
