Carpet was dirty. It was supposed to be daily housekeeping, but that wasn’t received. I asked for clean towels from a housekeeper in the hallway and she said I guess and I said never mind. I’ll just go to the front desk. All other staff was friendly. I did not get her name. Breakfast was ok. It was warm, but it wasn’t hot and the price I thought was a little high, but it was a casino so you get what you get.

good although i messed up with non smoking room & smoking we got the smoking but i was able to get sprays to kinda help with it but other than that it was good !

Very uptight restaurant staff and everyone has too many rules (like cleaning staff won’t give you towels because they counted how many they have, they ask you to ask for extra towels from front desk. Same with water for the room). It was certainly not kid friendly and staff were not properly trained and borderline rude. Hotel rooms were filthy and had dust everywhere. When you call a place a resort you can at least expect a Few ameneties besides the Casino, like a pool. None of that was acceptable. Only restaurant that allows kids closed at 8pm on Christmas day and nothing outside was open. They had us order to go, wait for 35 minutes, and go eat in the lobby.

Check in was quick and the desk agent was friendly. Room was nice had lots of space too. It was also very clean even though it was a little dated. To me that says a lot about the housekeeping team.

The room was fine. The check in process, not so great. I informed the front desk clerk that my husband recently had a knee replacement. I asked if would be “tough” for him to walk (with his cane) to the casino/Final Cut. All she said was it is a bit of a long walk. That’s it. I get back to the car and we drive around looking for a parking place. We had no idea where to park. So…we finally ended up in the garage across the street. It was a difficult walk for him. There was a bunch of construction on the first floor of the garage, so we had to park on the second floor. Messy!! As we are walking to the Steakhouse, we see some motorized scooter FOR RENT. What??? You have to pay for a device to get you around, because you’re “temporarily” handicapped. Need less to say, we enjoyed our meal and had the BEST time in the casino. Just a little disappointed with the hotel.

Got accused of being in a fight wasn’t allowed back into the casino. The room had a dead cockroach under the mattress. They wouldn’t switch us rooms even though the next day the manager said there were rooms available to be switched to. I am currently trying to get my money back and I’ll never go there again.. The only good thing about the experience was the hospitality of the first shift manager and her willingness to empathize with the situation hats off to her, but the rest of the experience sucked.

Only breakfast available was at a small coffee shop. No other availability in hotel.Rooms were clean. It snowed heavily on this day so, we arrived early to check into our room. Early check in before 1pm was $25 or $15 after 1pm if chose to check in before regular check in time of 4pm...hotel was empty due to snow, but they wouldn't give us a room w/o charging more before 4pm. So, due to inconvenience, we returned to front desk after 1pm to pay EXTRA $15 more. Ayden at front desk informed us that only app for expedia could be used after 1pm to get room...that info was not given to us originally. Manager informed her to go ahead and give us our room. We won't stay at this hotel again due to these CRAZY rules!!! I Can understand not giving roons early if they aren't clean and unavailable, but that wasn't the situation on this day.

Rooms very clean however the hallway going to our room 466 smelled real bad of marijuana so bad it felt like it was on my clothes. I realize you can’t control what people do in their rooms when we left this morning you could still smell it.

Property was clean and our room was comfortable. I have stayed in this hotel several times and always enjoy the stay. However, Chairs in room had bad fluid stains of some type on them. Could not take a bath as water pressure was void and would have taken an hour to fill. Water pressure slightly improved for showering.

I went to check in 1.5 hours after check in time and they didn't have a room ready. They told me to come back in 30 to 45 minutes and they should have something ready. I'm sure it would've been a different story if I checked out 1.5 hours late.
