My only suggestion: I stayed in a handicapped accessible room. the toilets in these rooms should be high/chair height....not the standard height.

It was clean, do not like the carpets in the rooms (allergies). We arrived after 3am receptionist was cold (she seemed bothered that we woke her up from her car) the next shift was friendly and courteous

The facility was clean and well lit, breakfast was as good or better than most in this category of lodging. rooms are on the smaller size.. Would stay again..

Clean facility and friendly staff.
I absolutely loved TownePlace - Lawrenceville. The staff was courteous, the facility was clean and well maintained, and it was conveniently located. My family was in transition because we sold our home and had been waiting to close on our new home. TownePlace felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay.

Best customer service
Best customer service I have ever received at a hotel. Flew in red eye and they made sure I could do an early check in so I could get a quick nap. Always welcomed with a smile by all employees at front desk

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel is only a few years old so everything is very modern and clean. The breakfast buffet was good. The shower was so great I could have stayed in it for hours and the bed was very comfortable. We had a kitchen in our room and everything we needed. The only thing we didn't care for were the frozen breakfast sandwiches that were available to purchase (although it's still better than airline food). It also would have been nice if breakfast had been until 10 instead of 9, but that's personal preference. It really was beautifully done and well run. We would definitely stay there again and we will tell all of our friends that's were they need to stay if they are in the area.

Very loud rooms
It's a shame because the hotel is really fine, but the thin floors ruined the nice stay for me. You can hear every time someone walks across the floor and both nights I was awakened by the people above me. It sounds as if there is no carpeting in any of the rooms!

Room was exceptionally clean and Roxanne is an Excellent Host! She ensured we were comfortable and also gave us suggestions on different things to do since it was our first time in GA. Very pleased and if we return I will definitely stay here

The hotel is conveniently located, very well maintained, and staffed by the friendliest employees one can hope for. The one thing that could have been better is the size of the rooms; they are comfortable but small. Not a problem if your plan is to only use the room to sleep in but not great if you need to work while you travel.

Very accommodating stay
Amazing stay. Was there for sons baseball tournament with other families. Used the outside grill area several nights and was great. The only complaint we had was breakfast being available a little later but we managed. Hope to stay again if son plays again near that area.
