Our ferry into Caen arrived late. We were then stuck in traffic and so arrived after 22:00. Reception hasn’t waited for us. We lost our money and had nowhere to sleep, with 2 children. All hotels were full. Will never book this hotel again when we travel to Caen with the afternoon ferry.

The location close to the airport and main road was convenient, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. During our three-day stay, the reception was never staffed during the posted hours. The restaurant was never open, even though breakfast is advertised. The biggest issue was safety. The doors were difficult to close and required force. One of our room doors did not lock properly, pulling it hard enough would open it. Since the entire front wall of the room was glass facing a road and dark garden, and also the main entry point, this felt very unsafe. The rooms were hot, with no windows to open. The bathroom was extremely cramped; my husband had to sit sideways on the toilet. Toilet paper rolls were already half-used when we arrived, and staff kept replacing them with other partly used rolls, which did not feel fresh. There was also no hand soap provided, only two tiny shampoo/body wash packs, which felt unhygienic. The glowing green exit sign lit up the room at night, making it hard to sleep. There was no way to request privacy, and housekeeping still entered the room while we were out, which further added to the feeling of insecurity. Despite claims of silence, we could clearly hear neighbors’ TVs. Worst of all, one day our towels were replaced with one that smelled unbearably of urine or sour laundry. The stench filled the room, and we had to throw it outside. Overall, this hotel felt unsafe, unhygienic, and poorly managed.

TrÚs bien accueilli par la gérante ,agréable ,disponible, et gentille, le cadre est trÚs bien , dommage que les lits simples glissent à cause du parquet. La proximité des voies peuvent déranger si l'ont est sensible et pinailleur ,mais franchement au vu du tarif, ça passe crÚme.

On arrive le soir vers 21h 05 la dame a la cueil pas tres gentille. Elle nous montre la chambre dehors le chemin pour acceder pas éclairé. La chambre a l'extérieur. On rentre dans la chambre par terre pas nettoyer la salle de bain pas propre et ça sentait mauvaise les serviettes avec une odeur pas bien je ne le conseil pas l'endroit horribles

HĂŽtel bien tenu et personnel charmant mais chambre sans climatisation et salle de bain extrĂȘmement exiguĂ«. TrĂšs faible hauteur sous plafond pour la douche avec une douchette qui ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de tapis de bain. Aucun Ă©quipement dans la salle de bain Ă  l’exception d’une serviette de taille moyenne. (Pas de mouchoirs, pas de petite serviette). WC tellement exiguĂ«s qu’il faut s’asseoir de biais. Une personne de grande taille ne peut pas les utiliser. Petit dĂ©jeuner en supplĂ©ment Ă  12 euros par personne, enfant au mĂȘme tarif. En conclusion, trop cher pour les prestations fournies.

Je ne le conseille pas

Une seule nuit sur place. Séjour moyen. Chambre propre mais trÚs mal insonorisée au niveau des baies vitrées (voie express juste à cÎté, donc toute la nuit les voitures circulent). La télé, impossible d'avoir la 2,3,14,15,16,17,18.et pour finir l'accueil trÚs moyen.
