"Great hotel, staff very good and polite and have good communication. Disappointed that a complimentary late check out wasnt available after spending over £2k and staying at the hotel for 8 days. Room card was disabled exactly at 12pm, i had left somrthing in the room when i walked out and couldnt go back in to get it. Quite disappointing to an amazing hotel. Beautiful views across the hotel and great beach. Did not really enjoy the food at the restaurants so chose to order in remaining days....

"The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly and the room was well maintained. There were not enough loungers at the pool, which meant you had to get to the pool by 9:00am to get a place. Bar service was slow at all the bars. The resort is very busy and great if you like the constant traffic and noise. "Front staff lacks training in handling fire hazard/emergency situations. AC took long to get fixed after which sparks caused a fire that I extinguished and informed the reception staff to get this looked at asap but there was no real sense of danger/urgency on their behalf, which indicates I was purposely put in a defective room and wasted 3-4 hrs of my stay. Check in took long to get done. Overall a poor experience. "

"We were a family of 3 couples staying in 3 apartments. Overall; high standard of cleaning and hospitality, informative and good reception staff, green and tropical environments, quite surroundings and a decent pool. Downside; no beach directly in front (only rocks), no restaurant or pool bar, for some people its too quite, with only a few options for dining and shopping in the nearby. The staff and management did all they could for making it a nice stay, and that helped a lot."
