"Upon check-in I was given a room that wasn’t the one I had paid for, when I complained the staff told me that it was valentines weekend so they are very busy, after a while they agreed to move me. I got food poisoning from a room service club sandwich and was very ill for 4 days. The hotel room air con was very noisy and didn’t work very well. The room only had hot water when you left the bath tap and sink tap on for over 5 minutes. The room was only on the 8th floor so this was very odd. I...

"Séjour exécrable, j'ai été grugé. Je me suis rendu à l'adresse de la Résidence Ministre ou l'on m'a donné une fin de non recevoir. Quelques minutes après je reçois un message wattsapp m'invitant à me rendre à une autre adresse. Et là je constate que ce n'était pas le Résidence Ministre ma plutôt SAKOA... et les photos des chambres non conformes à ceux publiées sur le site... voir photos jointes.
