Cockroaches greeted on the first day in kitchen area but seemed to disappear afterwards. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Crack between sink and fridge needed cleaning. "I would highly suggest an ARBnB for the extra fees we were charged we could’ve easily had a bigger place with a lot more amenities. The parking, as high of a price you pay daily it’s hard to secure a spot.
Also save yourself some money and just get breakfast at Zippy’s the free breakfast (paid) made the room a little more expensive and for an upgraded menu it’s another $25. Not worth it."

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). "The room was amazing with great views of Diamond Head and a glimpse of the ocean. Staff did a great job and were very attentive, with free beach chairs and towels being a HUGE plus. The park across the street was also very nice for early morning walks. Only negatives would be that the beach access was not quite what we were expecting (limited and not super clean feeling) and the cost for parking was much higher than necessary. Be sure to factor the parking costs and resort fees into your choice...
