As a budget hotel option we were prepared for the rooms not to be amazing - and they were fine - but we didn’t reckon on the hotel-wide aircon system to not work properly in the two rooms we were offered. It seemed as if they knew it was a problem but had no solution. We eventually had to book another hotel for the last night as the heat has been in excess of 40 degrees every day. If you advertise air con then please supply it in a fully functioning state. No sleep for 4 nights = unhappy guests.

Duomo Location
Great location near piazza duomo and the othermain piazza. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Everything was nice except the mattress was way to firm for me. Walkable to entire centro storico.

Great Location
The hotel is in a great location right in the middle of Lecce surrounded by restaurants. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are small but it is in a period building in an old city. Breakfast was a little disorganised but again staff were helpful

Check in was easy, though I did not get a room with a city view as advertised. Never trust the pictures when they show a view. The room has a perfume smell which I hate strong scents. There were also ants in the shower multiple times! The bed is too hard to lay on your side. Not good lighting in the room and bathroom. The room is comfortable in size. Otherwise clean. Instant Coffee provided in room. Breakfast is the typical Italian but also eggs and fatty, soft bacon. Cappuccino on request :) The hotel is in a great location and staff are nice!

This hotel is rally well located, but is it 4 ssts? The decor was a bit tired and could have made m more of the historic building. Our shower was broken (my husband fitted it back to the wall), and the room just didn't feel as comfortable as we'd have expected forth price and rating. But the staff were helpful and it really is in a good spot for 24 hours in Lecce.

This is a very pleasent and quiet place in the middle of the scenic historical center of Lecce. Due to the central location, eveything worth visiting is within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and absolutey clean, the breakfast is marvelous. The service is great! I enjoyed the comfortable stay very much!

Great Location and wonderful Staff
The staff was great and the hotel location is excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and fantastically helpful. Very good breakfast. Only reason for 4 out of 5 is because the A/C could not get the room cool, also the bed is wore out and uncomfortable. Plus it is odd for the bathroom door to block access to the shower. It was s quirky inconvenience.

the location in Lecce was superb and the property was great , however the room was small . The roof garden was available but wasn't really 'open' for use, with little furniture or greenery in place.

Comfortable room, great location
Booked last minute after another hotel in Lecce cancelled upon arrival with no explanation. Location was great, sights, restaurants and nightlife nearby but very quiet street. Good breakfast and nice rooftop deck to relax.

Room wa okay but window was tiny and at high level facing a wall about 1m away.. Our room had nowhere to place and open a case.. end of bed pull out shelf blocked access. Rather than sort this out we arrived to find a note on tbe bed tellong us not to put cases on tbe bed and warning tbat we would be liable for the cost of any damage to the bead cover.

A real nice find. Very well located in the center of the historic district. The staff and service was very good and friendly. I don't think that this part of Italy gets many English speaking tourists so communication was slightly challenging especially with train and bus transfers out of the city. I was able to get the bus to my next destination but it wasn't until it showed up was I sure I was in the right place. I was advised to take the bus instead of the train, but in hind site, I think the train would have been the better option. Would still recommend the hotel nonetheless. Very nice stay in a lovely historic city.

Very convenient hotel & lovely staff
Stayed 7 nights Lovely hotel in the historical centre. Not easy to drive in hire car to but we made it! Great staff very friendly & helpful. Italian hospitality Excellent location but still quiet which was great. Rooms were comfortable & spacious & clean. Beds were very uncomfortable, hardest mattress I've ever tried to sleep on otherwise good hotel. 3.5-4stars

In itself a great room, but I could not discover what was "boutique" about it. The shower drain and sink did not drain. I always find that so annoying ... The hotel was in the middle of Lecce! That is an absolute plus. Breakfast with a lot of choices.
