Very clean and large room with friendly staff. Voucher to the nearby restaurant for a coffee was nice as well. Only downside was check in wasn’t as smooth as I would have liked, since I had no WiFi and there are no entry instructions until after you’ve arrived (door code or staff present). Parking wasn’t too far either. No real windows so room is pretty dark and cave like, except for the courtyard light near the entrance.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect – close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Litium3! Clean, modern, well-designed and well-appointed bedroom and bathroom. Great location to explore lovely Lecce. We parked our rental car a short walk beyond the wall of the historic center. Highly recommend!

Room with old charm (but modern) in the middle of old town Lecce, close to everything. Lots of tasty breakfast served at the room. Julia was very helpful with everything, we arrived late but no problem after contact. The bed a bit firm for our tast, but we like it soft...

Pros: great position in the historical city centre at walking distance from all main landmarks, parking available close by, staff very helpful. Breakfast included, at a local bar with vouchers Cons: we faced two main issues. 1. The room was too humid, also with the dehumidifier/ aircon on the whole time. Humidity made bedsheets, clothes and towels very wet and towels didn't dry properly overnight despite weather being hot. The room was therefore pretty uncomfortable to sleep in 2. There were a huge number of coachroaches immediately outside our room, in an external space (chiostro). It needs to be mentioned that the staff tried their best to sort it out but nothing made a material change and it was pretty uncomfortable, also because we had to keep the entrance door closed, limiting the air circulation even more.

Good location, nice rooms, but as doors face open street difficult to open and get fresh air. In the morning a lot of noice from emptying bottles. Cars with bottles coming all time from 6-7 am.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent However, the place was damp, there was very little natural light, there was no heated towel rail, or places for towels, there was no desk to sit at, and only one uncomfortable chair. We felt that having to check in by phone and send passport details by WhatsAp was not very hospitable. Also, the courtyard area outside the room was quite scruffy and unappealing

The property is clean and stylish and very central to the old town. The price is cost effective too. However, I found the owner to be awkward, rude, unfriendly and uncommunicative - I wouldn't say that should put you off booking but just be warned you will be dealing with someone who really isn't a "people person". The accommodation was very well located and overall quite nice, but unfortunately our stay was ruined by a huge presence of cockroaches in the apartment...We were seeing around ten a day, which was honestly very unpleasant and disgusting... I understand that the owner may not be fully responsible for the situation, especially if it is common in the area, but it still had a major impact on our comfort and overall experience.

Our stay in Lecce was good overall — the location was excellent and within walking distance to everything. However, there were a few downsides to note. The room was not soundproof, and it was quite noisy at night, especially on our last evening when a large party took place without any prior notice, which made it difficult to rest. Additionally, breakfast wasn't available on Sundays or holidays, and although we were provided with vouchers for a nearby café, our experience there was not very welcoming — on both visits, it felt as though we were more of a burden than guests. That said, Lecce itself was beautiful and the convenience of the location made exploring the city very easy.

This was the most unpleasant experience in a long trip in southern Italy. Nobody had informed us that the BbB was in a restricted for the cars area. The landlady was not in place nor responding in the phone and we had to ask help from the neighbors. Once we entered, one of the two rooms was in very bad shape regarding unpleasant mold odor. At the same time, we noticed that there was another room available, in much better conditions. We kindly asked the landlady to use it instead, and her behavior was not professional at all. Furthermore, basic breakfast was offered in a very unconvenient small outdoor yard with the personnel to be very unpolite! Not recommended!
