"Check in was fast and easy at the front counter. She was friendly. Upon entry to our room we immediately noticed the a/c unit wasn’t working properly. We informed front desk and she promptly moved my family and I to a different room down the hall. The a/c in this unit was running, thankfully. However, after walking through 2 of these rooms at this hotel, I can safely say the property is in desperate need of a remodel. Outlets are old. "Although booking through Expedia which assigned me a handicap room, which was not ideal in terms of showering space and subsequent room cleaning and serving, the hotel was fine and I have booked there multiple times in the last year. The front desk staff did not seem very accommodating to my concerns upon check-in but did explain the reason for my limited options due to a full hotel. The housekeeping staff usually replace towels each day and tidy up the bathroom, which did not seem to happen...

"The eye on the TV's that communicate with the remote control are on a cord that sometimes falls back behind the tv and then you can't change the channel.....even manually on the TV. This is something that should be a permanent fix so you don't have guests contacting the front desk all the time when the TV doesn't work. The manager was very helpful."

"Adorable and cozy while we were traveling through with our family. I accidentally booked a smoking room, and the front desk manager was so kind to switch it and we got in very late, so I was very thankful that he did that because I have small children. He mentioned that he wouldn't want to have his children in a smoking room either.So he completely understands"
