"Comfortable new property, great beds and layout, very respectable gym. Just a few quirks: the room walls are thin. Or something. I could hear my neighbor pee. And sneeze. The front desk was lacking: I was desperate for food after late night meetings and learned there's no room service. And no vending machine. And while I'm grasping for ideas with the front desk guy, he makes no mention that there is indeed a small shop-y thing. When I used it the next day, the same man charged me for an item I clearly didn't have. Weird, kind of sloppy/lacking attention to detail. Otherwise fine for what I needed."
