"Staff were all helpful, friendly and always welcoming and approachable. Nothing too much trouble and they made the effort to get to know you. The childrens entertainment team were excellent, they put enthusiasm into everything they did, despite doing it everyday they always put the same amount of energy and effort in as if it was the first time. "Fabulous 10 day stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and always readily available to help you if required. Breakfast and pool facilities were excellent, and it is well situated for the short walk into Bardolino. The housekeeping staff did a great job - our room was always spotlessly clean. The hotel also arranged taxi transport (at a reasonable cost) to and from Verona airport. If we return to Bardolino we would certainly stay here again. "
