"The hotel is refusing to work with Expedia to refund me one night’s stay. I mistakenly twice booked one of nights, so I paid twice for one night. The hotel refuses to communicate with me, or, apparently, Expedia."

"Room was cleaned every day with lots of clean towels provided. Parking was always very easy and very accessible at any hour. Wish breakfast hours could be extended just a bit as I often found it difficult getting to breakfast given the early hours. Also, lighting in accessible bathroom continues to be dim. Recommend that light bulbs be changed if possible to provide better lighting as that has been my experience for past few years."

"The good: Location, attractive exterior and comfortable bed. The bad: Parking behind the hotel requires that you carry luggage around to the front. No elevator, be prepared for one or two flights of steps and long hallways. Most rooms do not have a place to hang any clothes. I suggested that they at least order some portable hanging racks.
