"Despite the look of the entrance being poorly maintained, we thought maybe they were under construction. The room we specifically booked for the amenities was reported to have no AC and an alternative room was offer but at the same price without discount. The alternate room was insect infested and paint was peeling off the walls and ceiling. We immediately went to the front to cancel but he was unable to refund us because of the 3rd party booking. The front office staff wasn't rude but...

"The initial booked room was not cleaned. It had a broken TV, empty alcohol bottles, and towels all over the beds. Then was put in another room that was decent enough, however there was mold all over the ceiling bathroom, holes in the towels, and TV broken. There was constant fights from the other people in the middle of the night so loud that it woke the family up. I normally don't mind because you pay what you get but this was the last straw. "My husband and I stayed here for one night. While the facility was clean, quiet and welcoming, there was one big negative; the strong smell of curry throughout the facility. It was very strong and even permeated the room as we tried to sleep. This made sleeping difficult. We wouldn’t stay again because of that. Otherwise it was a nice place."
