"Für ein 4-Sterne Hotel wirklich eine absolute Enttäuschung! Das Bad unseres Zimmers im 7. Stock bräuchte dringend eine Modernisierung. Nahezu alle Fugen unterhalb der Dusche waren verrostet und vergilbt, kein Wunder, denn das Wasser lief auch kaum ab. Nicht identifizierbare Flecken gab es zu Hauf, auf dem Bettlaken, an der Wand und unten am Bidet. "We stayed at this apartment in Milan for a short trip and overall had a decent experience. The location is definitely one of the highlights — it's in a quiet, safe neighborhood with good public transportation links to the city center. Supermarkets and other essentials are also nearby, which made our stay convenient. The apartment itself had a few issues. "We are a family of 4 including 13 year old and this was the first trip to Italy(Europe) from Canada. We landed at Venice and arrived at Milan central station using high speed train. We used Freenow taxi(Lyft) to go to the hotel. Uber is also available in Milan and there was Uber pickup and dropoff spot right in front of the station, but we had to walk to the specific spot to take Freenow taxi which was located a block away from the staition.
