We saw people coming in through a gate in the back area right next to where we would have been staying. That, along with people sitting on the stairwells, made us a bit uncomfortable. We were traveling with children, if it was just us two adults it would have been okay. We were able to get a refund and that was an easy process. Other than that, the property was maintained, clean surroundings, convenient location, great pricing. I would definitely stay if we had no children with us."

"For me it was a five-star hotel because they had scrambled eggs, it's one of the few foods left that I can eat. Outside of that it was pretty good. The carpeting in our room where the carpet met the bathroom tile was frayed, something sharp poked my foot a couple of times, so the housekeeper just gave me an extra hand towel to put there so I didn't cut my foot. (Room 204). So it needs some updates. I was a little annoyed at the front desk staff, more than one, who were on their personal phones, so didn't catch that someone was at the front desk until I was tapping my card on the desk. I thought that was rude. But all in all I would stay there again!"
