Absolutely beautiful hotel and surrounded by trees and tropical plants and the beach is just right a cross a small street. The bathroom was huge and beautiful compare to most places I stayed at. Breakfast is the best with many too choose from. The staff is just awesome and very friendly and great customer service. I definitely will recommend to family and friends and will definitely stay here again next time in Bali!

Pleasant time

It was pleasant stay for me. At first, I booked this hotel by Hotels.com, but my reservation did not registered in hotel. However, hotel staffs take nice and quick action. Finally I could stay here! All of hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, it was really relaxing time for me. I will stay here next year again!

スタッフの方は皆、感じが良くて親切です。ヴィラに宿泊しましたが、部屋は簡素で普通。外は落ち着いて過ごせて気に入りました。朝食ビュッフェはそれなりに美味しいですが毎日同じメニューなので、５連泊だと飽きます。なのでアラカルトを注文できるレストランもあると嬉しいです。バリのホテルにはよくありますが、タオルや枕、ローブに男性の皮脂の臭いがしみ付いていて臭いので、漂白殺菌をもっときちんとやってくれると嬉しいです。消臭スプレーが欠かせません。シャンプーは泡立ち悪くコンディショナーも無いので、女性は持参必須です。ボディーソープも泡立ち悪く、石鹸はヌルつきますからこれも持参がお薦めです。フィットネスは夜にやりたいのですが、19時クローズなので行けずに不便。12畳程度の小部屋で施設も微妙です。一つ本気で怒ってしまったのは、プールではタオルカードなるものが無いとタオルを貸してもらえないのですが、本来であればチェックイン時にもらえるらしいそのカードを私はもらえておらず、プールでタオルを貸してもらえなかったことです。それはフロントのミスですし、正直、高い部屋に泊まっているゲストに対してタオルの一枚ごとき、融通を利かせられないのはサービス業として珍しいです。怒る私にマネージャーらしき人がかけ付けて結局貸してくれましたが、スタッフ３人と悶着したので疲れましたし、タオルごときでなんでこんな目に遭うのか、と不快でした。しかしそれは特殊な事故だと思いますので、リーズナブルな感じの気楽なホテルですからそういう気分の時にはまた泊まってもいいなと思います。 海辺のレストランの雰囲気は素敵ですが、ビーチはホテルのものではないため、物売り合戦のアジア感が強く小汚い感じです。価格も手頃ですし、それに応じて多くを求めなければとても良いホテルだと思います。スタッフさんは皆、とても素晴らしいです！
