"Brand new hotel. Except we feel it was poorly constructed. We could hear everything in the room! From conversations, restrooms flushing, furniture moving, dogs barking, cars outside, airplanes, ice machine, if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend. Iron covered in residue from prior visit Loose appliances. Very poor lightening. Glass door from shower would close very hard on its own when we would slide door to open. But what got us was also the pillows. They were not standard size pillows we had 3 …18 by 18 size pillows. They even seemed smaller. When we went to ask for more they didn’t have any available. "

"The knob to the toilet was broken, we had to adjust it everytime we use it. We had to carry the microwave out of the cubby and plug it close to an outlet. One of the outlets where pushed forward exposing the back of the outlet, very dangerous if you have little ones. The restroom needs a good cleaning. Other little thing, which I didn’t mind asking in the front office, but should’ve been accommodated before hand. "

"The walls are paper thin. Kids were woken up by 4 am with sounds from the floor above us sounding like moving furniture, maybe big dogs running across the floor. It was not the cleanest room. Only 1 outlet worked for charging devices. "

I had been waiting patiently for an issue to be resolved with the elevator along with another customer. While we were waiting for help, Paul spoke to me in a way that felt embarrassing, especially because it happened in front of the other customer. I want to say that Liz later stepped in and helped resolve the issue after the fact, and I appreciate her assistance. She handled the situation kindly and helped bring it to a resolution. My concern is mainly about how I was addressed earlier in front of others. It was uncomfortable and discouraging. I simply hope that in the future situations like this can be handled with a little more understanding and privacy. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for considering my concern. "Obviously older property but that was too be expected but VERY clean. Strong water pressure for showers, for some people that’s a must. Wifi was horrible. It was not very strong and went out a lot. However, i was able to use my data on phone with strong reception. A/C was a window unit that would go off every 15-20 minutes so the room couldn’t get super cold if that’s how you like it. Beds are good but small pillows. "
