"Although this is A lovely property, it is definitely not geared to the overnight traveler. Found out that there is no complementary breakfast because they have a restaurant and charge for breakfast. Also, when we arrive, we found out that there was two weddings in the making. This meant that there were no carts available to move our luggage. I’ve been down this road before and know that the wedding parties will keep the carts in the rooms and not return them to the front."
"We booked thin stay last minute during traveling and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and there were so many options. The front desk lady as very nice!! Would stay here again!"

"Not quite a traditional hotel due to the "historic" nature of the property itself, and I was in one of the cheaper rooms just travelling alone on a quick business trip, but overall a very pleasant experience. Not modern, but quaint, and the surrounding area of Sturbridge was very charming. Nice setting."
"I’ve stayed at this hotel before and always had a positive experience. They recently replaced the heating/AC units and they’re having some issues with that but I’m confident that they will be resolved. They were very responsive to my issue in my room and move me to another room."
"Hotel is very nice, and felt safe and clean. The area however is flooded with homeless people and felt unsafe. We were only there 1 night for a concert. Wouldn’t return to Worcester."
