Das Hotel ist OK

Für den Preis ist das Hotel angemessen und es liegt günstig. Allerdings gibt es in Leipzig auch deutlich schönere Hotels für unwesentlich mehr Geld. Aber wenn man in der Umgebung zu tun hat, spricht nichts gegen einen Aufenthalt hier.

nettes Hotel, günstig und trotzdem zu empfehlen

Sehr netter Service am Empfang und auch beim Frühstück, Ausstattung für den Preis gut, leider in einer schlechten Umgebung gelegen, sehr baufällige Ecke von Leipzig. Für Kurzaufentjalt gut geeignet wie bei uns in Verbindung mit Besuch in der Arena Leipzig. Gute Strassenbahnanbindung

Один из вариантов для остановки в Лейпциге.

Хорошее место для остановки на один и более дней, учитывая хорошую транспортную доступность в Лейпциге. Гостеприимное отношение, нормальный номер. Несколько слабоват завтрак, есть только колбасно-мясная нарезка, помидоры, огурцы, перец, йогурт и варёные яйца из горячего. Но понятно, что это недорогой частный отель. Рекомендую как вариант. Только учтите, что ресэпшн работает не круглосуточно, приезжайте вовремя.

Overnatning på vej hjem fra ferie. Meget triste omgivelser med faldefærdige og ubeboede etageejendomme. Alt i kvarteret var overtegnet med grafitti. Hotellet er lidt trist og forsømt

Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist i.O. Frühstück war prima, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei :)Zimmer im Hinterhaus war angenehm ruhig, nur die Handtücher könnten frischer riechen,sobald sie nass sind riechen sie muffig, das ist schade :(

11/26～11/29の３泊４日で利用しました。 駅から車で１５分くらいですので、タクシーかレンタカーがないと厳しいです。 近くには落書きだらけのビルや廃墟のような建物があったりして不安になりましたが、ホテルの前の道は広く、近くにＤＩＹのストアらしきものがあり、治安は悪くなさそうでした。 入り口は車１台がギリギリの通路があり、中庭があって、ホテルがあります。 駐車場は中庭と建物の周囲に停められますが、まあまあ一杯でした。 フロントの対応は感じよく、無料の朝食付きだったのは助かりました。 部屋は３階でしたが、エレベーターがないので大荷物だった我が家は苦労しました。 ３人と２人が泊まれるベッドルーム２つとキッチンとテーブル、それと１０畳はありそうな大きなトイレとシャワーのある部屋でした。「アパートメントルーム」って言ってました。 小さな子ども連れだったので、バスタブがあったのは助かりました。ただ、シャワーと蛇口の切り替えレバーのとって部分が壊れていたのはご愛嬌です。フロントに聞くと、「回すのではなく、引っ張るタイプなので修理するまで使っておいて！」といわれました。結局３日間とも修理はされませんでしたけど。 キッチンはお皿や鍋、フライパン、電子レンジがあるので、近くのスーパーで買い物をすれば食事を部屋で作れます。ちょうど哺乳瓶を洗う洗剤とスポンジや割り箸を持っていたので、不便なく使えました。 ５人でちょうどの部屋です。総括してみれば、宿泊料金も手ごろで、我が家にとって大変ありがたいホテルでした。

Fint hotel til en hurtig overnatning

Vi er 5 personer som skulle bruge en hurtig overnatning på vej hjem fra vores ferie. Dette hotel ligger i et område som ikke er så pænt, men bilen kan parkeres i gården og det virkede rimeligt trygt. Sengene var lidt hårde, men ok for 1 enkelt nat og vi fik et dejligt stort 2 værelses med 5 senge og kæmpe badeværelse. Morgenmad var med i prisen og der var alt hvad vi havde behov for fra kl. 06.30 om morgen til kl. 10.00, vi ville vælge det igen.

Скромно и недорого

Если вы готовы пройти полкилометра пешком до трамвайной остановки, то проблем у вас не будет: 14 маршрут трамвая делает круг вокруг центра города. Все интересные места можно обойти за пару часов. Порадовала воскресная ярмарка прямо на центральной площади с отличными недорогими фруктами. Отдельно стОит съездить к памятнику Битвы народов 1813 года.

Chosen because of location

We choose this hotel because we were attending a concert in the area and wanted to be walking distance. Our room was roomy and clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was good, huge selection. Only negative was street noise, our room was street level on the front of the building. I'm sure rooms on the courtyard are quieter. The neighborhood is interesting, you can tell it is in transition and will probably be quite vibrant in the next few years.

Comfortable but dated

The hotel is quite comfortable, the breakfast very reasonable with alot of choice and the staff are friendly but the interior is dated. The neighbourhood is definitely for the more seasoned traveler (a 10min tram ride from the city center) and does not offer a wealth of conveniences. But it is a great place to stay if you want an off the beaten track, local experience, which was exactly what we were looking for.

Ein gemütliches Hotel mit gutem Frühstücksangebot und sehr guten Service.Mangelhaft erwiesen sich die Betten, welche sehr durchgelegene Matratzen hatten, wodurch an eine erholsame Nachtruhe nicht zu denken war. Schade!!!

gemütliches Hotel, verkehrsgünstige Lage

Das Hotel ist gemütlich und sauber. Frühstück war sehr gut, es war von allem etwas vorhanden und wurde auch immer aufgefüllt. Es ist ein ruhiges kleines Hotel im Leipziger Westen. Die Umgebung des Hotels läßt etwas zu wünschen übrig, da es zu DDR-Zeiten reines Industrieviertel war. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind sehr gut. Der Bus hält direkt vor dem Hotel und eine Haltestelle weiter fährt die Straßenbahn in die Stadtmitte. Man kann in alle Richtungen bequem fahren. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

A great value hotel.

I stayed here for three nights in November 2013. The room was small and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was great value and there was plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and the place was easy to find. I really recommend this place to anyone on a budget.

Überraschend sehr gut

Obwohl ich vorher bei Google Earth gesehen habe, dass die Umgebung nicht direkt als "bevorzugte Lage" zu bezeichnen ist, war ich durchaus beeindruckt, wie sich das Hotel gezeigt hat! Eine wahrhafte Oase. Der Service einladend, das Zimmer und das Frühstücksbuffet mehr als das ausgewiesene **-Niveau: Bad-Ausstattung komplett, sogar mit Fön. Überragend das Frühstücksangebot: süß, herzhaft, Müsli, mehr geht nicht!!!!!!! Und letztendlich (nicht unwichtig für Nicht-Auto-Touristen) Bus-Haltestelle mit enger Takt-Frequenz vor der Tür. Ich komme bestimmt im Sommer wieder, um den Karl-Heine-Kanal zu erkunden. Dank an das Hotelmanagement und das Service-Personal

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Hotel wäre mal renovierungsbedürftig bzw. die Teppiche sollten mal gereinigt werden, da diese total schmutzig sind. Macht nicht gerade einen einladenden Eindruck.

...okay Einrichtung usw. ist alt und abgebraucht..soweit okay bei dem Preis, aber mit der Sauberkeit bin ich nicht zufrieden. Bitte Bad gründlich putzen...jeden Tag!!
