"The best things about this property were the location near restaurants and activities and the helpfulness of the staff. We also had a kitchenette and laundry. It would have been helpful to have directions for the washer/dryer. Our favorite activity in Cork was the bike tour with James. If you rent an apartment be ready for street noise at all hours and music from bar next door till midnight on the weekends. If you are drinking at the bar this will obviously not be an issue!"

"The room could have been cleaner stains and trodden in chewing gum on carpet when reported no one came to clean we were there a week and had to keep looking at the stains Two. Main TV channels were not working and after reporting still we’re not working by time we left a week later girl on reception was very unhelpful and not bothered We also had to ask for two chairs on balcony when brought one had a broken leg Bar staff and housekeeping staff were the most pleasant and helpfull"

"Apartment was continently located and clean. Rooms were very tiny and large luggage for two people could not fit in them."

"Good location in Cork and the hotel was nice. We were there during a heatwave and it was uncomfortably hot in the rooms (we asked if they had any fans available but they ran out). Service at the restaurant/bar could be improved. Service was very slow and they were out of multiple items (this happened multiple times at different meals) and it seemed like they were understaffed."

"There was not any nearby parking, so you had to find a parking garage. There is so much construction, that its hard to navigate. They did offer to validate city hall parking a few blocks away though."

"An absolutely miserable, sleepless night. I get it - they have no control over what Mother Nature throws their way ... but no air conditioning! Really??!! Hot and muggy weather - without AC - made sleeping out of the reach. I went downstairs at 1:00 AM to ask for a glass of ice water. No one was available to accommodate the request. The only person there was security, and he had no idea where the night attendant was, and nor did he know when he'd return. Pathetic. Unfortunately, the guard was...
