"We spent a fantastic stay at Velika Planina (one night in a chalet). Fantastic atmospher, specially on the evening. Our host Rok was very kind and helpful anytime. It is very easy to communicate with him. We recommend this place at 100 %. "

"Nous n’avons pas eu d’informations part rapport à notre arrivée. Pas de code pour le coffre à clé ! Heureusement que la femme de ménage avait du retard, ce qui nous a permis d’accéder au logement. Chalet dans son jus méritant un coup de frais. Mauvaise communication concernant les frais de linge. Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d’avoir la visite un matin d’une personne venant nous réclamer ces frais (79€!!). L’annonce est aussi trompeuse part rapport au nombre de sdb. "The room was very clean. The staff was polite and kind. They are fluent in English as well. There is a laundry machine on grounds. There are a lot of shops, nail salons, nearby. The city center where the tours happen is one bus ride away and the stop is across the street from the entrance of the resort. It's a camp grounds so bring bug spray. I washed clothes at 1AM and ended up with a lot of mosquito bites. I felt very safe here. It's peaceful and calm. Lots of good energy here. "

"We come to Slovenia ever couple of years to visit family and stay in our family cabin. Hotel Alex was such a pleasant surprise. Large room, incredible breakfast! We didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but we are sure it was also Wonderful. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful! There is even a small store within walking distance or a short 2 min drive. The proximity to the airport and Lake Bled as well as Ljubljana is perfect. We will stay here again on a future trip!"
