"Staff at check in was incredibly nice and attentive. Room was shown and explanation of access both during daytime hours and after hours (there is a back door to the old town that makes it a snap) was given. Room was cozy, not large, but bathroom was great and amenities were good. Air conditioning worked splendidly. Centrally located right across the street from the Loire River. Our room (#7) had a balcony (shared) with a deck table and chairs. Rooms have a small fridge with “minibar” items....

"The hotel is in the middle of an Industrial state and the day we stayed a Saturday night everything was closed. The staff were nice enough but not overly helpful or welcoming. It felt to us (we have travelled a lot both for work and holidays) that this hotel was a training hotel for anyone that wanted to enter hospitality. The food was ok but not exceptional. The parking was very easy on the property. It is also a hotel that is used for tour groups because there is a lot to see in the area...

"Tout était parfait. Le restaurant était en fonction ce qui n’a jamais été le cas lors des dix fois précédentes où j’étais venu. Le restaurant type buffet était parfait tous les plats délicieux et cela ajoute beaucoup par rapport aux autres fois où j’étais venu et où fallait manger coté bar et attendre super longtemps. La fenêtre de la chambre donnait côté piscine et pouvait s’ouvrir ce qui est un gros plus par rapport aux fois précédentes où la fenêtre était du côté de la route. Le personnel...
