"Beautiful park, chalet and view. Service let it down. Poor check in- rushed and no separate check in. So queued with 20 day visitors. Stained bed sheet and dirty cups when we arrived. When I told reception the next morning as it was late when we went to room .She said sorry maybe put your complaints on the website!! Should be better service for the price paid"

"We had the most amazing time at Shaman Village. The igloo was beautiful, spotless and had everything we needed. We were lucky to see the northern lights and it was the perfect end to our trip. The owners were very kind and helpful. Shaman village is a small family run place in the forest, rich in history. If you get a chance, book a tour with the owner, it was also a great experience. I would recommend to anyone and I hope we can come back one day. What a wonderful experience we had! "

"The hotel was good in an isolated location. Nice place for kids. The swimming pool was under maintenance on the first 2 days. After we found out the pool was cold. We only paid for breakfast but it was far from any local restaurant so we ate at the hotel. Very expensive and not good. "

"The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly from when we first dropped our bags off to when we left. our flight got cancelled out of rovaniemi and the staff were accommodating and let us store our luggage in the room and stay on the lobby whilst we waited. Would recommend to anyone coming to rovaniemi! "
