Belle piscine ! Mais le restaurant juste derriére la chambre et musique dés 7 h du matin, toute la journée. Et le soir, groupe de musique ! Par contre il coupe le son trés ponctuellement à 10 heure. Mais j'ai un peu craqué sur la musique et le bruit; Dommage. Sinon le Wifi, trés mauvais. limite, pas de Wifi ! Personnel sympa, mais pas super efficace. Problémes de propreté de la chambre. Pas cool !

we liked that it had a peaceful feel there although within an easy walk of the main busy area. The staff were friendly and helpful. it would have been nice to have some instructions on how to use the safe and info on "things to do nearby "

C’est la troisième fois que nous allons dans cet hôtel et c’est toujours avec le même plaisir !! Un personnel disponible un endroit très bien situé sur l’île et une propreté irréprochable !!! Je recommande vraiment cet établissement !!

Super Zimmer! Sehr geräumig. Schöner Pool, nur war mir das Wasser zu warm. Riesiges Bad mit toller Dusche. Paris (Manager) sehr hilfsbereit! Gute Kommunikation. Ich würde hier wieder buchen!!! Danke

Les chaises longues en osier au de la piscine sont légères et très facilement être renversées par en arrière. C'est assez dangereux si les chaises sont placées très près du bord de patio sans rails de protection

Nice Stay for Value
we enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Overall, the room was very clean, the pool was super nice (!), and the restaurant is decent for a quick meal. While we did not incur anything major - my main complaint from making 5 stars is the air conditioning. Like many other Bali hotels, it did not get very cold even at night making it slightly uncomfortable to sleep. The door between the bathroom and room is a bit heavy but does a good job keeping the heat from the bathroom out of the room.

房間寬敞，房門口躺椅發呆區很悠閒，飯店備有機車可以出租，可能因為小島的限制，水壓偏弱而且帶點鹽味，被子很薄，整體而言十分舒適。

Fint hotel med venligt personale
Fint hotel og venligt personale. Det eneste vi synes kunne være bedre var solsengen, som var meget hård, da der ikke var nogle madrasser. Derudover var det meget lyt på værelserne, da der ikke var vinduer på badeværelserne, men blot et net for. Så vi følte nærmest, at vi havde vores egen DJ på værelset en aften indtil midnat pga musik fra nabo restauranten.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel, and I can really recommend it! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the place is very tidy and it’s situated in an area close to restaurants, bars, minimart and the beach.

In need of maintenance.
The property is a little run down and needs some basic maintenance. Our toilet kept breaking and someone had to come in to fix it every two flashes. There was no amenities. The electricity gone off at midnight and we could not find anyone to assist. The wifi signal was very week and there was mosquitos everywhere. On the positive note, the pool was very nice and the rooms were specious and clean. Good for 2 nights but you could probably find a better place for the same price.

Nette, kleine Anlage in guter Lage
Baruna Frangipani liegt zentral an der "Hauptstraße" und hat ein angeschlossenes Restaurant, in dem auch das Frühstück eingenommen wird (balinesischer Standart, war ok, aber nichts besonderes). Unser Zimmer war gut, das Badezimmer groß, einzig der Wasserhahn war so sehr verkalkt, dass es unangenehm war. Der Pool in der Mitte der Anlage läd zum Verweilen ein, der Strand ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Essensmöglichkeiten finden sich in direkter Umgebung zu Hauf. Wir würde wieder buchen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würde wieder buchen.

highly recommend this stay
Really lovely staff (we have a 2 year old and they were fantastic with him, and entertained him a lot). Rooms are very clean and big, bed is comfortable and the pool is awesome and was perfect for small children as half the pool is shallow. Highly recommend this place!

Hôtel vieillissant et mal tenu !
Hôtel vieillissant et assez crasseux, wifi HS, il faut aller dans le restaurant d'à côté pour profiter de la wifi. Le propriétaire de cet hotel n'est pas sur place (ils possèdent plusieurs hôtel et restaurant à Bali (un financier je suppose...), ce sont des employés qui le tiennent et ils ne sont pas la hauteur. Cet hôtel devait être top il y a 10 ou 15 ans mais il n'est pas entretenu. La couleur de la piscine n'est pas comme sur la photo mais plutôt très trouble et très sale... Hôtel pas cher mais on en a pour son argent ni plus ni moins. Nous avons 4 hôtels à Bali et celui ci était le plus mal tenu !

Chers anonyme, Je suis désolée que vous ayez été decus par notre établissement, Nous n'avons d'habitude que des commentaire élogieux de la part de nos clients. Le propriétaire n'est pas un "financier", mais un local de Nusa Lembongan. Il est toujours present sur place mais vient juste d'ouvrir un restaurant a Bali. Il vient régulièrement a l'hotel pour s'assurer que le standard est maintenu. La piscine est nettoyée quotidiennement. Mais l'eau a effectivement tendance a être trouble après de fortes pluies. L'hotel n'a que 3 ans. Votre commentaire me parait donc un peu exagéré. Néanmoins nous vous remercions d'avoir partage vos impressions et prenons en compte vos critiques. The staff and our room were excellent. We liked the fact that this was a small hotel with lots of privacy. Loved the pool, though a little too warm to actually swim in. Our only complaint, (and to be fair this is probably beyond the hotel's control but something should be done) would be the motorbikes that speed up and down the road on the evening, often driven by kids.

The staff was wonderful and helpful for making arrangements. Rental motor scooters were delivered to the hotel, snorkeling boat trips were arranged and local knowledge of the surf spots with daily condition reported.

location is close to the beach, about a 10/15 minute walk from the main strip of restaurants/cafes so a bicycle or scooter may be preferable. room was huge, with decent air con, fridge & tv. bathroom was open to outdoors which meant there were a lot of mosquitoes lurking in there, I got bitten quite a lot. a big hotel is being constructed over the road so the noise can be a problem if you like a sleep-in!

Awesome place with tasty food & super kind staffs
I strongly recommend this hotel for young couples since its very reasonable price with a good condition of room & restaurant. And foods are very tasty with affordable price as well. The best thing and a reason to recommend this place is because of super kind hotel staffs who serve you all day well and help you on any kinds of matter you faces in the island.

A bit basic but extremely helpful staff
Overall a great place to stay for a few nights while diving on the island. Excellent spa is next door as well. Rooms were pretty basic and bathroom/shower setup was a bit strange; no enclosed windows meant stepping outside of the A/C and into mosquitos to use the facilities. Staff was exceedingly helpful, got us into diving, massages, scooters very quickly and inexpensively. Restaurant area including espresso machine were also very nice.
