"I stayed here on the way to other places. For a night's rest, it was surprisingly clean. The bedsheets and pillows seemed new. The room had been well prepared. I would stay again.
My issue with this hotel was the signage and their pre check-in application. They wanted appropriate information, like my car make and model, as well as my estimated arrival time. But they also seemed to be trying to upsell to add to my bill and asked for a photo of my driver's license. That's when I decided to quit the app and do my check in at the hotel.
Signs at the hotel seemed very unfriendly, warning about stealing towels, smoking, and other issues. That made the hotel feel less safe.
I can understand the hotel wanting to keep their costs down but I have been at many places that communicate the message in a more welcoming and respectful manner."
