departamento para familia

en realidad no es un hotel sino un departamento, muy cómodo, de 3 pisos, perfecto para un viaje largo en el que no se quiere uno sentir encerrado entre 4 paredes, el único problema en mi caso fue que no pudimos usar la alberca pues el agua estaba helada, a las instalaciones les hace falta mantenimiento por fuera una mano de pintura en paredes y puertas, pues al llegar no da tan buena imagen,aunque dentro del departamento esto cambió y estuvimos a gusto. Por lo demás muy buen lugar, muy cerca de la zona del poliforum y estadio.

Instalaciones amplias y limpias en cuanto al cuarto, todo lo que necesitas para comer en el hotel si es lo que deseas, la alberca sucia todo el tiempo y en mal estado el piso de las sillas para sol.

Grata estancia!

Es muy buen hotel pra pasar al menos 4-5 días sino es que más, es realmente casi una casa en su totalidad, en esta ocasión fuimos solo dos personas y fue increíble tener tres cuartos para nosotros dos! En lo personal cumplió más de las expectativas que tenía. Al final su buena ubicación favoreció demasiado, recomendaría el uso o implementación de A/C ya que si es realmente necesario, más en esta temporada que es muy calurosa tanto en el día como en la noche, siempre tuve que dormir con las ventanas abiertas, pero es muy buen hotel! Felicidades! Deberían de existir más lugares así en todo el país!

Value for Money for Sure

Spacious appartment, friendly staff (not every one could speak english there) . It has two building blocks, one that faces a main road and I was living in there. Lots of noise coming in from the street/ road until Mexicans go home to sleep ! The appartment had more necessities for a solo traveler , utensils in the kitchen, crockery etc. I was here in late October, so the weather was a bit cold in the evening, which is what people in leon are really waiting for, but the appartment did not have any heater , so for me it was a bit cold in the nights. Thats what every body can't bear. For sure rest of the things are just as good as your home.

Grande y cómodo

El departamento es grande y tiene todos los servicios. Las habitaciones cómodas y amplias. Hacía mucho calor, tenía ventiladores pero no eran suficientes. Abrir las ventanas no es una buena opción pues el departamento en el que nos quedamos da a la calle y se escucha el ruido de los autos. Muy buena atención por parte de las personas de recepción. Se puede ir caminando al centro, que está a 20 minutos.

No respetaron la reservacion en la primera noche.

Sin seriedad o profesionalismo, no respetaron la primera noche de dos resevadas y pagadas , me ubicaron en un hotel del mismo propietario, que no fue lo que necesitabamos, por ser tres hombres. to reserve una suite con dos recamaras y camas idependientes y un sofa cama. y me ubicaron en un hotel con una recamara con dos camas y un sofa cama en una area independiente, compartimos dos personas una sola recamara, que era lo que no queriamos. por no respetar nuestra reservacion.
