"Wonderful clean room, comfortable beds, outstanding staff. William was new, but was very nice and did his best to make us feel comfortable. Caleb went above and beyond. My sister and I had a few concerns because she is handicapped, and he addressed them all and made sure we were happy with all aspects of the room. The young man who was at the desk in the morning (I forgot his name) saw us struggling and carried our bags to the car...he even put our leftovers in a baggie for our trip home! These guys should be training the staff at other hotels...they were amazing to say the least!!"
