But we stayed 5 nights, and the whole hotel is closed untill 16.00 everyday. You have to give in your key to get cleaning, and can not get it before 16.00. The pool is also closed. So if you want your room and the pool, you will not ger cleaning. In our view the staff is very friendly, but need better management, so they need to know what to do and when. There is...

Despite the fact that these emails did not bounce back we were told that they had not been received. We expected the convenience of a meal at the hotel as promised on the Expedia website. "This is a very nice and cosy boutique hôtel close the city center, at the bottom of the famous Citadelle. Rooms are very comfortable (decoration style is bold… you like it or not) and the real cherry on the cake is an excellent and affordable restaurant on site. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It was not my first time there and it won’t be the last."
