"They didnt inform me the pool wasnt usable until after swiping my card - the pool being part of the amenities- then refused a refund after. We left at 630 in the morning after being unable to sleep all night because of hearing the people above/around us because the floors/walls are that thin. Owner replied to my other review saying theyll make changes, cant wait to welcome me back -- I will stay in a motel before I ever stay there again. My young sons even who love hotels,"Lets get out of this awful place" if that tells you anything. "
