"The air conditioner wasn't working so I went down to the front desk and was told to operate it at the controls on the blower instead of the thermostat. I went back and did that and waited 30 minutes and there was no cold air. I wnet back down hopfully getting a different room and they said they would send a maintenance man to check it out. He can and said he couldn't fix it. I again went back down ato let the front desk know. There was no appology but they did give us a different room."

"There was a lot of noise all night long . A homeless person with bags kept running in and out by the room that I was in so I barely got any sleep . Other than that the staff was courteous, and my check-in went smoothly. "

"A/C. Cold , no stove, microwave mal function, Towels hard to come by. Room was clean when arrived, but for longer stays would not be cleaned. "

"If you’re a solo travel staying only the night or two then this is perfect. You’re super close to the Avalon and near food places and the mall. Only ify part was the entrance doors not fully working during the night hours "

"King suite was large with 2 separate rooms, clean, and comfortable. Valet staff were wonderful and quick getting your car."

"Office personal was friendly, was able to check in an hour early, that was the only thing that was nice at the “Travel Inn”. Once checked in and received my key card me and my wife proceeded to the room, trouble started right there as the door wouldn’t work properly, once we were able to get into the room it was a total disaster.
