"arrived 5pm after travelling all day to find no hot water for shower can't really use swimming pool till after 630 as they have swimming lessons on when shower did work following day it was quite weak/poor the room was roasting hot and really stuffy-no heating on-not sure why but really uncomfortable food in restaurant was really good staff helpful and pleasant"
