"let me start with the airport shuttle, waited for almost 45 min after calling the property . Staff at check in was polite and helpful , however during checked out when needed some small change for tips. the staff at the counter was every unprofessional by showing the attitude. Room is clean but the mattress is old and sank in and edge of the bed curve out. Need replacement. carpet at the coridor is dirty. The only restaurant at the hotel need improvement , besides pizza , nothing is presentable at all. way way to salty. to be frank, i was pretty disappointment with this one, not the standard of DOUBLE tree i am use to ."
