"Everything was excellent, the room was clean, the food and staff at breakfast in the morning was lovely and the atmosphere in the hotel is so welcoming. There was on front desk person who wasn't particularly friendly and didn't even look at me when I was asking for some information. That hasn't been my experience in the past when I've stayed there."

"There was an issue of a broken recliner that I needed to sleep in due to back problems. Maintenance person did not fix or replace recliner. We moved three times in order to get a working recliner and it was not functioning correctly. Another point all of the three rooms none of the phones worked. When we reported this tp desk they acted surprised. If they cannot provide working phones we should be told. That is a dangerous situation. "

"Staff were bend-over-backward helpful and worked together at all levels which was refreshing. The facility is being run to max profit with $6 liters of water and expensive wine and food for sale. The room was clean but there was no luggage rack for suitcases. "

"It was okay. I get the vibe someone bought a crappy motel 6 thinking they could fix it up. Then it was to much money and effort to make it food. The room is decent but feels like there is nice stuff in a subpar space. The breakfast was unbelievably disappointing. Cold serial or a stereotypical waffle maker. No eggs bacon sausage or bagels. It was bad, like the juice. "

"SureStay Plus was not what I expected. It is decent if you are looking for a Motel. I was expecting a hotel with more upgraded facilities and a breakfast that included more than just Walmart-bought muffins and cereal, especially considering the price for the stay. On a positive note, the staff was courteous and friendly."
