"Our room was immaculate and reasonably comfortable, although the sofabed was awkward to sit on. I was disappointed that there were no USB chargers in the room (e.g., built into the lamps). The supply of washcloths was insufficient. I'm sure that if we'd asked for more, we would have been supplied them.
The staff was excellent! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The morning coffee in the lobby (Starbuck's) was the best I've found in any hotel. I do wish that a light breakfast was included (even some prepackaged snack items). I've stayed where a small bag of items was given guests at check-in, and that worked well. The hotel's location and the traffic patterns around the property made going out impractical.
I would recommend this hotel to friends but would warn them to come more prepared than we were (e.g., with chargers and food)."
