"The hotel is a bit outdated and needs some attention. We chose the hotel initially because of the location and reviews. It definitely wouldn't be my choice again. The breakfast was not good at all. Staff didn't speak unless spoken to first. There was only one working elevator during our stay. Take my word, there are better options."

"My room is always very clean at the Westin (which should be the standard everywhere but unfortunately isn't, so of course it's always a relief to walk into a clean hotel room). However, the first day I was there, the pool was pretty murky/dirty and I did not want to use it. I did bring this to their attention. The next morning it looked like it had been properly shocked and cleaned. The QR code to order room service online was glitchy, but I called the front desk and they were very accomodating and were able to take my order over the phone. Overall I always enjoy the Westin (this is my third or fourth stay) and look forward to staying again."

"Hello, we would like to make a complaint regarding our stay in rooms 116 and 113. We experienced several issues that we do not think are acceptable. - Incomplete towels provided - Shower door misaligned (does not close) - Soap and shampoo dispenser stuck - Both rooms had a wet towel hanged on the back of door - Dirty floor - The blanket and pillows for the sofa bed was missing for one of the rooms - One of the rooms was delivered an hour and a half late -None of these issues were resolved during our stay In addition, we went to the office to speak with the receptionist, but there was no one there to assist us. We would appreciate if these concerns could be addressed as soon as possible."

"Beautiful, clean, quiet, new property in convenient location. Run by the Amish and the kind, Christian vibe reflects this fact. As does the absence of a bar. The breakfast is great but otherwise there is no restaurant. You’ll have to go next door to the sister property Der Dutchman for lunch or dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay."
