"We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable right away. "Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that."

"The front desk attendant was wonderful. So helpful, polite, and nice. However, the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There was half-eaten food and trash just hanging out all over the perimeter of the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the main reason I booked this property, and didn't get to use it due to its condition."

"1 fork, 3 spoons, 2 butter knives? Strange. Staff was kind. Sauna and pool were nice. 1:2 ice machines were broken. No onsite restaurants. Shower heads were very low. Fine for anyone under 5'7". Shower made a strange whistle noise while in use. Beds and pillow were super comfy. Wifi was not good. "
